Welcome to Dolobites

Thank you for choosing Dolobites for your event.

These Terms & Conditions explain how our booking process works and outline the responsibilities of both Dolobites and our customers. By submitting a booking request and confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your reservation.

All requests are reviewed by our team based on availability, travel distance, staffing, and other operational considerations.

Your event is confirmed only after:

  • your request has been approved by Dolobites;
  • the required 50% deposit has been paid.

Until then, the requested date remains available to other customers.

Pricing

All prices displayed during the booking process are estimates based on the information provided.

The final quotation may be adjusted if:

  • the number of guests changes;
  • the event location changes;
  • additional services are requested;
  • travel distance changes;
  • other agreed modifications are made.

Any changes will always be communicated before confirmation.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Once your booking has been approved, you will receive a secure payment link by email.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Guest Count

The final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.

If additional guests are added after confirmation, additional charges may apply.

Event Requirements

The customer agrees to provide:

  • adequate access to the event location;
  • sufficient space for setup and service;
  • a safe working environment for our staff.

If specific venue requirements exist, they should be communicated before confirmation.

Food Allergies

Our gelato is produced using carefully selected ingredients.

However, it is prepared in facilities where allergens may be present.

Customers are responsible for informing guests about any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Dolobites cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Outdoor Events & Weather

For outdoor events, weather conditions may affect service.

Whenever possible, we will work with the customer to:

  • reschedule the event;
  • adjust service times;
  • provide an alternative solution.

Every situation will be evaluated individually.

Liability

Dolobites is responsible for providing the agreed catering service.

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:

  • extreme weather;
  • venue restrictions;
  • force majeure;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to Bookings

We understand that plans can change.

Whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your booking.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the State where the event takes place, unless otherwise required by law.
