Cancellation Policy
At Dolobites, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our team while allowing us to prepare every event with the care it deserves.
More than 30 days before the event
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled event, you may choose one of the following options:
- Full refund of the deposit paid; or
- One complimentary date change, subject to availability.
Between 30 and 14 days before the event
If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before the event:
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- One date change may still be requested, subject to availability.
If the requested new date is unavailable, the original cancellation terms will apply.
Less than 14 days before the event
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the event:
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Additional costs already incurred for your event (such as custom ingredients, special requests, or travel arrangements) may also be charged when applicable.
Changes to your event
We understand that guest numbers and event details sometimes change.
Whenever possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable changes before your event.
Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.
Outdoor events & weather
For outdoor events, weather conditions can sometimes affect the planned service.
Whenever possible, Dolobites will work with the customer to:
- reschedule the event;
- adjust the service schedule;
- agree on an alternative solution.
Our goal is always to provide the best possible experience.
Cancellation by Dolobites
In the unlikely event that Dolobites is unable to provide the agreed service due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, all payments received from the customer will be fully refunded.
Dolobites’ liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
